Who we are
We em-powr organisations to unlock human potential by fostering workplace wellbeing, for men. We use innovative, adaptive, and dynamic frameworks that target both mental and physical (MAP) wellbeing.
We have partnered with organisations across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia in a range of sectors, including government, finance, law, mining, healthcare, construction, education, retail, real estate, and not-for-profit. We have supported Specsavers, Just Eat, HelloFresh, Rio Tinto, Coles Group, and the Australian Government.
By challenging traditional workplace norms, we aim to catalyse a movement—one that encourages men to speak openly, engage authentically, and take charge of their well-being. We're here to break the stigma. Let’s get men talking.
Team
We are an award-winning team with 60+ years of collective expertise in healthcare, technology, and research. We are a pioneering behavioural software company dedicated to transforming men's mental health.
Our clinical development team has significant expertise in intervention development, currently leading a range of programmes and research. We work closely with Imperial College London and Health Innovation Networks (part of NHS England) to ensure clinical standards are upheld.
Our programme director, Peter Seehusen, has 10+ years of experience in corporate wellbeing and has delivered training on team resilience, stress and burnout, psychological safety, culture change, organisational change, and leadership development.
